If you list a property for sale you are then working for the seller. It is very difficult ethically to also represent a buyer that wishes to purchase that property. You can’t get the lowest price for your buyer and at the same time get the highest price for your seller. It can be done with full disclosure, but you are on a very fine line ethically. Therefore I prefer to work as a buyer’s representative and work only in the buyer’s best interests. We work exclusively for you the Buyer so that you do not have to run from real estate office to real estate office looking for property. As a buyer's representative we do that for you. Once we have found a suitable property for you we will assist you with your escrow, obtaining your bank trust (Fideicomiso),your FM-3 Visa, Title Insurance or financing if required.
