Gordon has nearly 50 years of real estate experience in the U.S. and Mexico. With 16 years of that time here in La Paz. Having worked as a real estate salesman and broker in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Realtor many educational classes were attended. As a Realtor, Gordon was a member of the residential and commercial divisions of the local board, and a member of the then new MLS program. Gordon was also a member of SOLVE (Society of Las Vegas Exchangors) which did 1031 real estate exchanges. Another facet of the real estate business which was new then was real estate counseling, consulting and buyer’s brokers which the Realtors now call a Buyer’s Representative.

Gordon’s other activities included a B.S degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He worked as an aircraft mechanic for the airlines and on light aircraft. He obtained several pilots ratings including helicopter. Several radio licenses including the FCC radio 2nd class and Ham radio operator license. Also a U.S. Coast Guard ships captain’s license. Gordon did volunteer search and rescue work as a deputy sheriff for 10 years for the Las Vegas Sheriff’s Aero Squadron. Gordon also had a professional photography business and a color photo lab.

At this time Gordon is a member of Realtors International, AMPI (which is the Mexican version of the Realtors) and the local MLS system.
