Direct them to persons to translate and inform our clients of the contents of documents related to their property. Assist our clients in obtaining required permits and licenses.

NOTE: Hourly or negotiated rates will apply to persons not using us to buy property.

Hourly Rates:

BUSINESS AND REAL ESTATE CONSULTATION $100 USD PER HOUR.

Assistance with papers, banking, etc. $200.00 Pesos per hour or approximately $20.00 USD per hour. (or negotiated per job)

Internet access for secure online banking, e-mail, etc. Broadband connection. $25.00 pesos per hour, approximately $2.50 USD per hour. Fax and copy services are also available.
