Financing is available for purchase of real property in Mexico by Canadians and Americans. Also available at this time are Euro loans for Spain and UK citizens only.

Most loans are available with 20% to 30% down. Terms and rates vary with Adjustable Rates and up to 30 years with a fixed rate.

Terms of course vary on credit ratings, income and financial reserves to insure that the loan payments can be made. Loan packages change almost daily so contact me with your requirements for the latest available rates and terms. There are several lenders for Mexico loans so the sources of the funds are many and varied and as mentioned before the rates and terms change almost daily.

Rate & Term loans up to $5 Million USD.

Euro loans (Spain & Uk Only Up to 70% LTV.

Construction loans-Case by Case basis.

Commercial financing for developers starting at $5 Million USD.
